Today I had Ken and Randy out to my rental. Ken came out first and was on time and had the problem diagnosed before I got there. He explained ... my options and gave me advise. Once I was ready for them to come back it took less than 30 min after I called for them to arrive. Ken and Randy were very nice and sent extra time with me to make sure the problem was taken care of. I cannot express how satisfied I am with these guys. Hopefully I will not have any issues going forward. Thanks for the friendly and timely service.

Mike and his clean-up crew were awesome. He and his clean-up crew did a tremendous job with two sewage clean-ups at my home. He and his crew were prompt and ... courteous and gave 100%+ to sanitize the basement, give thorough support at a stressful time and was extremely knowledgeable with insurance information. All steps of the process were thoroughly explained and Mike was very helpful and available to answer my questions. The basement looked great. I would use this service again (hopefully I will never have to) and recommend him to others.

I was extremely stressed out by the flood of water in my basement. I purchased this home on Nov 4, 2015, with the written agreement that it would have ... a new septic tank in working order. Roto Rooter was the second company to come & assess the situation. The representative was Ken 0131. He had a completely different idea of how to handle the situation which didn't include busting with closet walls up to the second floor since there wasn't a bathroom, etc on the second floor or water marks on any walls. At that point in our conversation, I asked him how old he was. He was 27 & spoke like he had a wealth of information and knowledge. He gave me an estimate of how we we're going to replace the old leaky pipes in the basement; go through the basement wall to tie in outside. It's a good thing I went with "the young guy"!!!!! Because he & his assistant (Chris) discovered that the sewer line was cracked & completely blocked. And hadn't been replaced or properly checked & inspected at the time the new septic tank was installed. I can't say enough about how hardworking Ken & Chris were!!! Ken was very polite & answered all of my questions. They did all of the agreed upon work, plus stayed to hand dig the sewer line & replace it. They cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend Ken & Chris in a heartbeat!
