June 5th, 2018. I first met Ben from Roto Rooter as he was finishing a job near my house. He listened to my issue and was an excellent representative of ... his company and asked me to contact the office for an appointment. The next day, after calling for an appointment, Stewart called when he was on his way(as promised).Stewart was very professional and extremely informative in how and why he was going to attack my sewer problem. In less than an hour he had it fixed and convinced everything was good to go. I had received an estimate from a different plumber that was over $8000 to replace my whole sewer system when it was only a few roots causing the problem. Best $180.00 I ever spent. Roto Rooter has my full confidence should I or anyone I know ever need their services again!!!
Super Satisfied & Relieved! Next day service on Saturday & holiday weekend. John & Matt were not only professional & knowledgeable, but kind also. I live in a 1920’s ... house and needed the main sewer line cleared. I thought I was going to have to explain the old plumbing, but they understood everything immediately and got right to work. I was so worried that I would need to replace the old piping system, but they persevered and cleaned all the roots out. Flushing has never been so fun again! I would recommend John & Matt 100%! The two workers were amazing. They took a stressful situation (heavily clogged drain) and turned it into a simple task. They explained each step and gave helpful tips on ... how to avoid. I WILL be calling for any future help needed and hope I get the same workers. The turn around was about 1.5 hours.
