Called on a Sunday because water was coming out of the floor drains in my basement. Excellent customer service on the phone and no extra charge for a Sunday call-out! Chris ... arrived within an hour and immediately went to work assessing the problem. He provided me with service and pricing options to investigate and eliminate the problem. Chris performed the work very professionally and in a timely manner, and left the area clean. Excellent experience!

They came out on Father’s Day to fix a basement with backed up sewage. The young man was here almost four hours. Very professional, cleaned up after himself. Explained the ... entire process while he was working. Shout out to Rotor Rooter for hiring Aaron.
