We had this same problem about 2 years ago. Dominic and Ty showed up right on time. They identified the vent as a probable blockage point, something the ... previous plumber had not considered. They were correct and quickly cleared the blockage from our roof (didn't have to mess with plumbing in the house). Dominic took plenty of time to explain causes of our drain problem and preventive measures we could take to prevent recurrence. Great job and we highly recommend. Excellent people skills too.
