Trusted Vancouver Plumber for Drains, Water Heaters & Water Cleanup

I don't remember the guy's name, but he came to fix my washing machine at 6209 ne 11th Ave Vancouver Washington 98665 on 4/15/16 around noon. There was a bit ... of confusion with a previous maintenance guy who wasn't able to fix it, but he made several phone calls and figured out what was going on. Once he started working on the machine, it only took him around half an hour total. The whole time, he was very careful not to let the cat out (as I had asked him) even though he went in and out a couple times. My kitchen (where the washer is located) was pretty gross at the time, embarrassingly, but he could not have been more professional and friendly. My washer works perfectly now. This guy did a great job and I just wanted to give credit where credit was due!

Service was good .. problem was fixed. I asked about service coupons and was told they don’t apply on weekends. I don’t see that limitation listed on ... the service coupon. It would be nice to double check this and issue me a credit if the coupon was applicable.

After heavy rains the past couple of weeks I noticed some water in our basement — first time ever. Called Roto-Rooter this morning and they had a superbly skilled technician, and ... a really fine man besides, at our residence in less than 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the probable cause within a couple of hours. While the bill wasn’t cheap, neither, importantly, was the quality of professional services provided us. The gentleman’s name is Justin Sims and I was extremely impressed with him, his diagnoses, and solution! Bravo!

Our technician Gabe was efficient with his time and informative as to what was happening. We had a large clog which had to have the jets to get it ... loose.

Nikolai, Dustin, and Q provided prompt and courteous service. They were careful not to damage the plantings along the driveway and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. ... They did a very professional job and exceeded our expectations.

Kevin H. was the plumber who fixed the toilet that was not filling with water after flushing. He was on time and quickly and efficiently fixed the toilet. ... I would not hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again.

Maqsood provided terrific service. He quickly analyzed where the plug up was among 3 toilets. He had to remove the basement toilet to get at the problem, which was a ... white magic eraser sponge. When I later contacted the house cleaners they admitted flushing a bucket of cleaning water down the toilet without checking what else was in the bucket. I won't be using them again. Nathan came out on a Sunday afternoon to get my toilet working again…I had to turn off the water in my apt as Saturday, the tank overflowed! Nathan was ... knowledgeable, efficient, kind, caring, polite and a total gentleman…I couldn’t have wished for a better or nicer Tech! He was impressive, diagnosed the problem immediately and knew how to rectify it! He also gave me some helpful tips to avoid a problem in the future which, as a very low income Senior, I appreciated very much. Jeff provided amazing service. He called right away when arriving at the worksite (I am in another state) and we discussed all the issues at length and were able to ... figure out how to move forward with the extensive repairs. Having had bad experiences before with a bad contractor, I was anxious about the experience of having more repairs done, but Jeff made the process easy and I feel confident that the condo's pipes and appliances are now safe and functioning as it should. Jeff sent pictures and other info by text quickly and often so I knew what was going on every step of the way. He got all the work done in one day which really surprised me. The service provided was as good as it gets. We had an emergency, and had called several local plumbers. They either didn't answer or couldn't get out ... to help us. Roto-Rooter responded immediately, saying they would be arriving within a 4 hour period. The plumber, Shane, arrived about 2 hours later. He was friendly, thorough, diagnosed the issue immediately and cleaned up when he was through. Kordell was able to completely clear up my clogged sewer line and was done in just over an hour. He was professional and polite, very efficient, and was answering ... all my question. He cleaned up everything and disinfected on the cleanup as well, nice silicone job on the toilet base, and made sure no water got to my baseboards. He supplied me with some really good preventive steps and very informative. I pride myself in knowing a lot about plumbing, but he was able to teach me some really cool things on how the whole system works and what to look for to know I've got problems coming. Very good.
