Trusted Vancouver Plumber for Drains, Water Heaters & Water Cleanup

I don't remember the guy's name, but he came to fix my washing machine at 6209 ne 11th Ave Vancouver Washington 98665 on 4/15/16 around noon. There was a bit ... of confusion with a previous maintenance guy who wasn't able to fix it, but he made several phone calls and figured out what was going on. Once he started working on the machine, it only took him around half an hour total. The whole time, he was very careful not to let the cat out (as I had asked him) even though he went in and out a couple times. My kitchen (where the washer is located) was pretty gross at the time, embarrassingly, but he could not have been more professional and friendly. My washer works perfectly now. This guy did a great job and I just wanted to give credit where credit was due!

Quality Service from the phone call to the repair. I called in for a non emergency tub drain issue, was offered several options of appointment times to meet my needs. ... Staff from the office called me 1 hour before the technician was to show up, technician showed up within 50 minutes introduced himself, wore the appropriate COVID Crap :-) got to work, had the problem solved within 10 minutes(granddaughter has hair for days) charged the very minimum. Technician told me the charge wrote me an invoice and was nice polite and let himself out. GREAT SERVICE!

When I called, a service technician was immediately dispatched. Because they did not have anyone close by who was quickly available, they sent someone from a considerable distance, just so ... that the problem could be quickly resolved. Dylan, the technician who addressed our problem, was very polite and professional. After receiving an overview of the situation, he quickly went to work. He did not waste time using a camera or other such expensive procedures. He was able to quickly resolve the problem, as well as to identify the cause of the blockage. I cannot speak highly enough of Dylan. He is an awesome representative of Roto-Rooter!
