Making appointment online is useless. No reaction from office. Followed mine up next day per phone (Sunday). Did not hear from office Monday morning and called again around 10AM. Was ... told they were working on the schedule and earliest appointment would be Tuesday 12-2PM. Crew showed up Tuesday 3:15PM. The only reason I am giving a full 5 stars is because of the quality of work of tech #128 who fully explained the problem and offered advice along the way. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Along the way he made improvements to the setup and workings of the newly installed sewage pump system.

I have an issue with roots in the plumbing of the house. I called a plumbing company to give me an estimate. The estimate was a $5,000 dollar fix. I ... proceeded to call Roto_Rooter for another estimate. Come to find out the previous company lied about the problem and was trying to overcharge me. Roto_Rooter actually showed me and explained the whole issue. I will definitely recommend this company with my eyes closed.

I own a small campground and on Sunday night (father's day) about 5pm we discovered we had a sewage blockage in one our lines. I called and explained ... my situation to Pete. We had a full campground. He quickly dispatched a crew to come out and work on it. Within an hour and 15 minutes they were there and working on it. They discovered that an overly energetic kid decided to shove a large rock down the sewer pipe and it had traveled down the line about 65 feet. The guys explained what they were doing and how they were going to fix the problem and did it very quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. All this after having to leave their own families on fathers day evening. Thank you to Pete and his crew. I would highly recommend these guys to help with any plumbing issues.

Kevin Cooney thoroughly impressed us. We willl use him and Roto-Rooter for all our future needs. I left a review on Google. "I am extremely satisfied with my most recent ... Roto-Rooter experience. Some co-workers of mine attempted to warn us against contacting Roto-Rooter and said "They're so expensive" and "You should call my friend's brother-in-law", etc. Ignoring their inept advice, we scheduled RR to perform some necessary services. We are so completely satisfied and impressed after just two visits that we are undoubtedly using this location for all our future plumbing requirements. Kevin was our service technician and his inherent knowledge, coupled with his honesty and exemplary explanations concerning our issues and potential future problems, is the main reason we will never go elsewhere for our plumbing needs. It is definitely a reflection on the company when they can retain an employee with such character, education and zeal. We have lots more work to be done on our house. Could we get it done cheaper with my friend's brother-in-law? Possibly. Could we get it done professionally and promptly with not a single worry as to whether or not a corner was cut? Doubtfully, Just remember the old adage - you get what you pay for. And that's not even to say RR is the most expensive. They're not. You can see by my profile that this is only my second review. It's not something I normally do. Unless I feel that the company went above and beyond my expectations, which Roto-Rooter recently did."

The plumber that came out (T Fox 152) was very nice and efficient. He got the job finished in a short amount of time.

Had a annoying problem with a laundry drain. Indoor pipe was not reachable. Technician went up on the roof and did what he had to do down through ... the vent pipe. And did it thoroughly. No more problems, now, anyway.

My mother (I am Deborah W. Ginn) is 94 years old and your technicians could not have been more helpful. Travis Fox was an exceptional young man. He ... and the fellows that worked with him. If I need any plumbing services I would call and ask for him and his crew. They were all very helpful. the little skinny one that had to crawl in the low space, was so good. Can't say enough about the crew that came to my mom's. Thanks many times over. If was done in a very quick and timely time. Very professional and quick service.

First off the Roto-Rooter employee that came. Which his name was Justin McDade he was very polite. We had family down and our master bedroom tub had stopped up. When ... he came he introduce himself to not just me but to my family that was her.My 83r mother was here and he was very sweet to her complimenting her hair and she really loved that he asked where the bathroom was we showed him he went in and got the job done and ask if there's anything else we needed we told him thank you and he said call again that he would be glad to come back out if he needed to. And we just wanted to say thank you to Roto-rooter and the great service that their outstanding employee Justin McDade gave we will be calling back.

Kevin Cooney (Technician number ${esc.hash}111) was awesome at a time when there was no other plumber to come help in our emergency situation! He was so knowledgeable and professional ... with being meticulous on the job with explanation about what was wrong with our pipes and took the time to make sure the job was done right! We will definitely be using Rotorooter again even though the price was higher than our normal plumber.

Justin and Zack did a great job repairing our bad plumbing under the house. They were knowledgeable about what and how things needed to be done. Very friendly ... and kept me posted as things progressed. Would highly recommend Rotor Rooter and especially these two gentlemen.
