I had service done 5/24/25 by JAMES. It's now 8/16/25 & I just wanted to say, I'm still impressed with the work! Cleared my kitchen sink buildup, & I have ... a garbage disposal, so that's extra. He was funny, nice & so professional in a natural way. My garbage disposal is quieter than it was Before the clog. I know I paid for same day service but, I was Worth every penny. If you live in the Philly area, request James, he's on point with his work.

Emergency service on a Sunday for a clogged Sewer Stack! Everyone from the initial call, to the Field Supervisor calling 10 minutes later to the Dispatcher calling 10 minutes thereafter ... and our technician was on site all in under 2 hours. James was our technician and his professional due care was top notch! And most importantly, James solved the problem.

Made an emergency call for a broken main water valve at around 5:00 PM. The tech arrived, checked the issue, retrieved parts needed, and finished around midnight. He also corrected ... a leak in a nearby pipe. Good communication, patient and efficient.

Romaine from Roto Rooter came and repaired my outside faucet leak and renewed the pole within the wall. he did an excellent job.

The service tech went above and beyond. Apparently there was some sort of restrictions on the services he was supposed to be "allowed" to preform, yet he did them anyway. ... Good people doing good things.

Technician arrived within time period promised, which was the same day I called. Had a plumbing clog, which was taken care of promptly and professionally.
