I wish I had the name of the technician who was here (1021 Humboldt) Tuesday morning. He deserves a BIG raise. He was so knowledgeable and efficient. It's an old ... house and nothing is ever just a straight forward repair. He knew just what to do. A problem was fixed that had been worked on by others and never been solved. We had two days of service from Roto Rooter. Jay did a fabulous job of explaining the procedure to unclog kitchen drain. When doing the job, he found ... a bigger problem due to his persistent to find where the clog was.....and the job was expanded. Our home is old, no doubt the pipes needed replacement. Jay was professional, clean and told us every step of the way what was happening. We appreciated his Apprentice, Brendon on day #2. We found the job to be handled in a timely manner.

I have several rental homes in the Guerneville and Forestville area. I have struggled for years to find a trustworthy reliable plumber in the area. I had a ... clogged main drain in Rio Nido, first guy I called couldn't clean all the way to the street. I Reached out to Roto-Rooter and he sent one of his guys out and cleaned it to the street worked great! In totalking to Dustin I learned they did plumbing as well. Since that initial drain cleaning they have replaced a water heater, shower/tub valve assembles at 2 different rental homes. They do quality work and are extremely knowledgeable! I am thankful i have found my plumbing company after dealing with many other companies over the years. I have recommended Rotor-Rooter of Santa Rosa to my sister and brother in law in Windsor and they were very pleased as well.
