On March 21 and 22, Jeff Isaacs (supervisor) accompanied Ken (Service Technician ) on a call to my house to clear an outside drain pipe. The job was physically demanding ... and the conditions were uncomfortable, with cold temperatures and light rain and snow. Both men were outstanding throughout the job: they were persistent, good-humored, thorough, and respectful, As a retired manager I've had extensive personnel experience, and on the basis of this experience I recommend that Roto-Rooter do whatever it can to retain these 2 men.
