My water heater quit working and my water was cold. I scheduled an appointment and got one the same day. The Master Plumber came out and explained what I needed ... to know. He drained my old water heater and went to pick up my new one. Within a couple of hours I had a new water heater was up and running.

Both technicians did exactly what they came to do. They were patient, informative, tolerant and exceeded my expectations.

Our experience was amazing. We needed immediate service and of course this happened in between an ice storm and snow storm. When I called in I was told someone would ... be out in 60 to 90 minutes, Vincent arrived in less than 60 minutes! Unheard of! He was amazing, diagnosed and resolved our issues within an hour and never had to even enter the house. Exceptional service and will rely on Roto Rooter for all of our future issues. Highly recommend!!!
