I have already submitted an review through Google but wanted to take the time to write this as well. Today we called first thing in the morning and had somebody ... on the way within a couple hours even though they were having system issues this morning. I was already pleased at the quick response. This shower had been leaking since last November and has been repaired two different times by other people. they kept replacing the valves bc the hot water was running and would not stop. It would stop for a couple weeks then gradually start back. When they arrived today I explained all that and within a few minutes they brought me the part that was broken and had a sharp edge which had been chewing up the valves that were being replaced and causing the leak to come back. It has caused us to have water problems in that room and mildew and mold in the bathroom from the constant running water. I wish I had called your business the first time so it could have been repaired properly to begin with. The repairmen that came to the house were courteous and did a great job. This is a huge relief and really appreciated to have the job done right from the phone call, to finding the issue and repairing, to coming back later to replace the knob that had been thrown out.
