During the week of Thanksgiving, I had a kitchen sink drain that had been clogged for about a week. I tried everything to get it unclogged but nothing worked. So ... frustrated, I called searched online for a plumber. And, all the numbers I called no one answered. I finally saw Roto-Rooter and gave them a call. They scheduled a service appointment for Monday. Roto-Rooter sent text message confirming my appointment. Monday came and the technican DaQuavion sent text messages to let me know he was on the way. He arrive and was courteous and friendly. I told him what happened and he assured me that he could fix it. And, he did. My kitchen sink was unclogged and I am VERY happy. DaQuavion was knowledgeable friendly. He listened to my problem and fixed it with confidence. I will use Roto-Rooter again and will definitely request DaQuavion.

Zach and Nick with Roto-Rooter were the technicians who showed up to help me with a sewer issue I had been dealing with for the past month. I explained ... that I had another local sewer company come to check out an issue with water backing up into my utility sink in my laundry room. My clean out was located in the laundry room under my stairwell. They were not able to complete the job for me but charged me the full service amount, leaving me no further ahead of my problem. I hired an individual to install an outside clean out at my house. I then called Roto-Rooter and scheduled a service call for the same issue. Zach and Nick showed up and listened, advised, explained and completed the job with complete professionalism. They were determined to get to the bottom of my problem. They both worked rigorously to figure out the issue and determined that the issue I was experiencing was at the tap where my sewer hooked up with the city main. They were spot on in their diagnosis! I could not have been happier with the job they performed. My only regret is that I had not called Roto-Rooter in the first place! They even talked to the city public works guy that came to see what was going on with it. Thank you guys for taking care of my issue and treating me with total respect! I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for plumbing / sewer help and will call them again in the future!

At first I was afraid to call a professional. Jeff was very polite and efficient. The job took less then an hour to unclog the kitchen sink and ... clean up. It was a pleasant and affordable experience and I will be using Roto rooter in the future.

The job itself went fine, technician did a great job, very courteous and respectful. Upon leaving however he got stuck in our yard. I called my neighbor who owns an ... automotive shop and has a tow truck. He was here within 20 minutes and pulled him out. The technician left without offering any reimbursement to my neighbor who was about 10 miles away when I called him. My neighbor should be compensated, which I will do. I would appreciate perhaps this being refunded to me? Thank you.

I had a flooded basement. They dug up my front yard to replace old clay pipes. The first team was friendly but were sloppy and left the yard in a ... complete mess along with the clean out pipe being at an angle. Josh sent it a new team and re-did the job with total perfection. While the job wasn't done correctly the first time, Josh made sure the job was done correct the second time. Team 5 that contained Blayne, Payton O., and Colton we're professional friendly and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. Despite the first attempt I would highly recommend your services.

Effectively solved our problem but in the time of COVID-19, the employees didn't wear masks or use gloves when in our room and in close proximity to others.
