I have used Roto Rooter numerous times for any of my Plumbing needs, and I have never been disappointed. I'm not sure how to rate. The technician ran his snake to it's limit but did not reach the end of the drain and did not run back through ... the other end. Water seemed to be flowing freely when he left. We'll have to wait and see if it continues to flow.
It speaks volumes when the supervisor calls you at 6pm on a Saturday, just a couple hours after you sent in a bad review. It doesn't change the fact that ... we waited all day for service that wasn't coming, but it absolutely displays great character, leadership, and a sincere desire to make things right. I do want to say that t
