In truth, he didn't do anything, nor did he charge me. It was due to the fact the problem lied in the City's catch vent. I did not ... know this, but if the problem lies there the plumber literally is not allowed to do anything. He told me to contact the city and I did, and they fixed the problem themselves. I wish the last guy I called two or so years ago told me that. It's in the city's hands now.
Terry was super polite and so awesome ! He came in due to my toilet being clogged and he identified the issue before beginning ! He quickly fixed the issue ... and let me know what it was that caused my issue ! He was so down to earth and all around a nice guy ! If I ever had another issue I would ask for terry personally ! Jeremiah did a fantastic job. However, my drain is once again clogged. I need to have the repair service done as soon as possible. I cannot afford to pay ... to have it unclogged again and then pay for repair service. Is there any way Jeremiah can do it tomorrow? Thanks! Tana
