I am writing this for my 84 year old mother. She had a problem with her drain backing up in the basement. She had Draintech at her house ... three times to no avail and they just kept charging Her but never fixed the problem. Finally I called Roto Rooter and a wonderful gentleman named Lee showed up on time as promised. Lee was professional, courteous and a fine representation of the Rotorooter company. He got the job done in no time at all and put my mom's mind at ease. I will always choose Roto rooter for any problems in the future.

We had problems with our pipes with going from our bathroom, to our septic tank, and we called you guys and you sent a great guy out his name is ... Emmel I think that's how you spell it. Well he was very nice and telling me what was wrong. But he couldn't do it that day not because of him but because of me. Well he came back and fixed our problem and did a great job and now everything is working great. And then we had a family emergency and I called you guys and you guys were so nice and understanding about it and I will NEVER! FORGET! IT!. Thank you so much.
