Dennis was very polite introduced himself upon arrival, explained to me the problem I had and what he would recommend after I agreed to him doing the job he went ... straight to work. after completing the job he explained to me what he did and then turned the water back on to make sure it was working. Then he did a quick inspection of the rest of the pipes to make sure they were ok. Also gave me some drain cleaner to help with the cleaning of the pipes. I was overall very happy with the service!

Jesse arrived at our house within 45 minutes of us placing the service call and he was very polite and friendly. Dont recall techs name, but he was very professional and knowledgable and the service he provided.

Upon arriving home, we found that the meter reader had turned off the water service to our house due to a large leak on the house side of the meter. ... Outside was 15 degrees with 3 new inches of snow. Called roto rooter after another 24/7 always open company never called back. Jeff the plumber was here within 1 1/2 hours, determined the problem and what he needed to repair it very quickly. He did not have the necessary materials, but promised to come back on Sunday AM, and fix the water line. Sunday morning, a few hour after he arrived, the problem was fixed and the water was back on. Top notch service companies with dedicated employees like this one are very hard to find. I will recommend Roto Rooter, Knoxville to anybody who needs plumbing services. Is it possible that when ... he turned the water back on he didn’t turn it all the way on? It’s a very noticeable difference in the bathroom, the kitchen, the studio and the outdoor faucet. The toilets take longer to fill up, the shower is about half strength, and the outdoor hose only goes about 5 ft. When turned all the way on.
