Great service! Got thru to a live agent to schedule appointment -- and they agreed to send someone within an hour! About 45 minutes later I received another ... call saying that they were behind schedule and would be there within another hour. I am so thankful to have received a call that the delay was really not a big deal. The total time from my initial call was less than 90 minutes!! No way I could ever get that service from any other plumber.

2/6/23 Roto-Rooter was able to send someone to my house the very morning I called with an urgent situation. Mohammed spent hours diligently trying to snake out suspected clog ... (from different access points) in my home's pipes: Professional dedication. 2/7/23 Tyler used camera-probe and was able to pinpoint the beginning and end of suspected major clog in my home's pipes. Kept me in-the-know of his findings: Grateful for his empathy and keeping me informed. 2/8/23 and 2/9/23 Brett and Joseph worked tirelessly to excavate through my floors, lay new pipe, backfill with concrete, and clean up: Excellent work ethic.

I called for service on Thursday and they set the appointment for the very next morning. Try getting that with any other plumbing service (unless it's an emergency). ... I am dealing with the City of Philadelphia and deadline date so it was appreciated that Roto Rooter came out so quickly to keep us in compliance with the city.

Waste water flow has been restored for now. Thank you.
