To whom it may concern: I recently had a technician by the name of sarabia #269 out of 1111 Sunland park drive El past Texas 79922, come by my home ... 203 anapra El past TX on 05/28/15. I am a CMO of my own company and this man is a pillar of what a service repairman should be. He was kind, prompt and seemed to be an understanding caring individual, paramount in the customer service industry. Too often do men of this caliber receive no recommendations, I personally would like to rectify with this man. I used Roto-Rooter Las Cruces today for the first time. They were delayed on a job before mine and actually called to let me know!! This is how a business ... should work. I so appreciated it. Celeb was professional, found the problem quickly and fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised on the pricing. They were lower then most of the plumbers I had called. They will be my plumbers from now on!!

I called, they listen to my problem and scheduled service the same day. Orlando arrived as scheduled and immediately accessed the situation, determined the desired outcome and commenced to ... fixing the problem. Outstanding service***** Highly recommend above all others!

I had a really nasty clog at my house (Las Cruces, NM 88011) that I had tried to get with my drill operated snake on a number of occasions. ... I finally decided to call a professional. It turns out the pipe was so full of grease and everything else you can imagine, that it took the plumber around 4 hours to clear it after going at it from every vent and access point. He didn't give up and even blew a motor on his snake and had to use a backup. His determination paid off, and he finally was able to clear it. His name was Angel, and boy does that fit. It was some of the best service I've ever had, and I mean in any capacity, not just from a plumbing service. Angel worked hard and deserves recognition. I was very impressed.

I need some help. The service provided back in June and July fixed my original problem but some other issues have come up that I think you should look ... at. The new circulating motor works great and is very quiet but there is a tiny leak at the connection to the pipes. Also a noise continues in the upstairs pipes. We initially thought it would go away but it hasn't. I have photos of the leak and video of the noise in the pipes that I can share if you provide me with an email address.
