I recently used Roto-Rooter after having a local plumber that couldn't make the time to do the repairs. Your tech was a gentleman named Lee and this guy was great. ... He's exactly what a customer wants in someone coming into their home to do repairs/service. Lee was extremely courteous, on time (huge plus) and completed the job quickly and painlessly. Whenever I get work done I will request Lee as I wouldn't want to take any chances not getting the same service. I always expect good service but rarely get exceptional service - Thank you Lee.
