We utilized the online reservation and were contacted soon after via phone. We answered a few questions and very quickly had a service person on the way to our home ... ( a whole day before a local, Athens, plumber could make it ). Our tech arrived (Greg) and was very professional and personable. He located our clean-outs, never an easy task, and was efficient in correcting our problem and clearing the lines.
Greg came in and di the job he was suppose to do and also educated me about my plumbing issues and helped educate me on how II can prevent these ... things from happening to my drains. It was such a relief to have him come in and do his job without overcharging and milking me out of hundreds of dollars as other plumbing companies have done in the past. The charges are what the charges are and I like that idea. I will use Roto-Rooter every time now!!
