Rick came to my home when I made a call to Roto Router. He came the same afternoon. Rick is awesome. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, honest and did a ... beautiful job. Rick answered my myriad of questions patiently and completely. Rick expeditiously and knowledgeably assessed the situation in my home. Rick proceeded to ameliorate the issues. Rick cleaned up and did a beyond expected job. Rick is meticulous and left my bathroom is looking better than when he arrived. I purchased some liquid from Roto Rooter after Rick had advised me in general about keeping things up to par before the next service. I called the local office after Rick left to thank them, and I spoke with Ashley. I wanted to thank the owners for sending Rick. I will continue to use Roto Router, and I will ask for Rick. In the last 15 years I have had probably 15 or 20 service men/women at my home for various repairs from plumbing, electrical, home repair etc. I have experienced ... sub standard service almost every time. They are either late, or they charge more than what was quoted, leave the job partially incomplete and always leave my house or yard a mess. Danny B. came and surveyed my problem, showed me what was broken and gave me a quote. He came back the following Thursday as we had scheduled. He was on time, had all the necessary tools and materials to do the job, fixed the plumbing problems, raked the yard, hosed off the patio and cleaned the yard where he worked outside. He fixed both toilets inside and informed me that there might be areas that I should consider fixing down the road. He cleaned up both bathrooms, was pleasant, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, completed the problems 100%. and charged me exactly what was quoted. Bravo Danny a real craftsman and someone who has a real work ethic. I would be proud to have you use my name in a testimonial if you like.

Roto-Rooter is amazing! I recently purchased a home built in the 1930’s; upon moving into the home, I discovered my washing machine drain-line was completely obstructed, in addition to tree ... roots protruding into a small section of my sewer line causing water to back up into my home. I called Roto-Rooter and a plumber arrived at my house in less than an hour, got the job done, and although pricing wasn’t the CHEAPEST, it was still reasonable, most importantly RELIABLE, and came with a 90 day guarantee. Roto-Rooter was also extremely transparent with their work and very communicative. As soon as the Plumber identified the problem, he called me outside to view what he was seeing on the camera monitor, gave me straight forward answers about the solution to the problem, and was very friendly and efficient. Worker was also very clean and did not leave behind any mess, tools, materials, etc after job was completed.

3.00 o’clock we realized the toilets weren’t flushing properly. We had never used Roto Router before but I was aware of them. I called and they lady on the phone ... assured me they would be there that day. A crew of two showed up around five. They couldn’t get the line open from the house to the street with a snake so the foreman said they would have to go and get a high pressure pump and hose to clear the blockage, I asked will you get it done tonight and the answer was yes. They returned half an hour later with the machine and cleared the line, then then checked with their camera to make sure there was no problem with the line it self and he assured me it was fine no tree roots or damage. I would absolutely recommend this company.
