Cristian did an amazing job getting our drain cleared. Somehow he was able to get a broken part of a drain snake our maintenance plumber unfortunately had break off on ... him. It was a tough job but he got it done and we did not have to go without our only shower. I would HIGHLY recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Christian to get the job done right !

Had pluming issues from from back toilet, they were able to send tech out the same day, Johnny came out on time listened to my issue, before he started job ... he laid out rolled out paper,wore booties very clean, worked on job feverishly, determined, thanks for the hard work????

This is recognition of Quaid Mohammad for the wonderful service he provided in fixing my bathroom sink and kitchen garbage disposal. The bathroom sink did not have good water flow ... and there was some water leakage. The garbage disposal completely died however it was probably over 20 years old. Quaid was kind and very respectful. I felt like he really knew his job. I have a lot of praise of him for how he handled everything here at my house. My house is very old. Many thanks to Quaid for the work that he completed and how well he completed it. I will definitely call for any future plumbing problems I may have and ask for Quaid. Thank you, Nancy

Brian, #6130, did a fantastic job fixing my toilet. Brian was prompt, very professional and respectful. He asked questions to figure out what the issue was before using ... the snake in the outside outlet. It ended up being the toilet was plugged up. We had water leakage in the toilet. The person who came to fix it called Rich, did it professionally well and he came within an hour of having booked the ... appointment.

Miles came and took care of our problem he was very efficient, caring, professional, just an all-around excellent person. He made sure the problem was taking care of and the ... plumbing was working properly double checking and making sure that it was in great condition. We couldn't have asked for a more professional to do the job. We're very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend. If I could give more stars I would but Miles deserves 10 Stars if I ever need Roto-Rooter again I want Miles.

Amazing service - fast, highly capable & very professional. Our sewage line to the street backed up & started to overflow into our showers. Quiet the shock & concerning.
