Tom came to my office building and did an awesome job of explaining where the tiles in the parking lot were and where they drain to. He described what ... was going on and what needed to be done with the drains before the parking lot is repaired/replaced. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would use you again. Especially Tom being the technician. He explained how the system works, where the water drains to and that the main drain. with a some repair is the only work to be done. He ran the camera through the lines and flushed them. Now, all is working good. Tom is definitely a keeper! I have requested a copy of the original first page of the invoice that describes the results of what was learned to forward re the parking lot. Thank You Tom!

We bought new sink faucet for kitchen and needed a new outside faucet for our hoses. Ted is very professional and experienced. We feel very positive about his ... work. We also had him to install an off feature for the cold water that we did not have under the sink.

Roto-Rooter sent a gentleman out on Friday and he could not fix the draining problem in the Men's restroom. He said he would have to get someone else to ... fix it. Then on Monday no one came out to fix the drain and then I called on Tuesday to find out when someone was going to come to our office. I do not understand why it takes two guys to come out to our office to fix a drain problem. It should of been fixed that Friday when the guy came out. I will not recommend to anyone to go with Roto Rooter. Very slow and always has an excuse why they could not get someone out at a certain time or that day.
