He ... came out and gave us an estimate and worked with our insurance company. Once the insurance company gave the okay the guys were out here the very next day. Donnie Cheeseman came to my home. He did a wonderful job of clearing my kitchen train, and improving the drain pipes under the sink. (The configuration between the two sinks, ... dishwasher and garbage disposal was not correct.) He left everything clean, It looked like he even cleaned one of the backed up sinks! Lastly, your service was the only one of three I called that responded, scheduling me for service during my original call to you. Thank you. Roto Rooter of Champaign did an awesome job of diagnosing and coming up with a solution to my basement sewer line problems in May 2015. Actually, Randy and Cody came ... up with a number of viable solutions, since they kept uncovering more and more problems with every step that they took in trying to repair my line without trenching my yard. Eventually, trenching became the only option after they discovered that my line was too damaged by roots, and that a prior repair by Mike Williams in 2013 had become detached. Cody is an amazing back hoe operator, and was as careful as he could be of my landscaping. Randy involved me in the decision process every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Every worker that came to my house was very courteous and friendly, and it was extremely obvious that they all were very knowledgeable plumbers. The new sewer line was put to the test this weekend with a large amount of rain. No water in the basement! Best of all, it only cost me half of what the replacement of my other sewer line cost me 2 years ago. I would hire Roto Rooter again in a heartbeat! Thanks Randy and all the guys! Heidi

The man that drove all the way out to my little hick town was very professional and knowledgeable on what he was doing. Very courtesy and friendly. He was in ... and out and very proficient. Vincent was up beat about dealing with my issue why I was in a hurry and thought me an ex water plant guy a thing or two. The only thing I would have wanted at the end of this was a root rooted bennie hat. And that’s just because I collect them. From us here at 106 w church st Longview Illinois 61852 we greatly appreciate you my good man. I only put my address in there hoping for a Bennie hat and our town is so small it didn’t recognize our zip code. Lol that’s how I know Vincent is a trooper as well.
