Sean showed up earlier than expected, clearly explained the contract and ... work required, was extremely neat and efficient, very personable, and made me, the customer, feel that he was in control of the problem from start to finish. Superb attitude. Very polite and respectful at all times. An asset to your business! I will gladly use Mr. Rooter again.

Outstanding! Called at 9:30 for a service call for a blocked toilet. Mike K was at the house at 10:30 and everything was fixed by 10:45. Mike ... was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. There was a leak in the vertical kitchen stack of the condo building where I live. Roto-Rooter immediately sent a plumber who arrived at about 6:30 PM to ... analyze the issue. The following morning the same plumber, Raul D., returned with the replacement part and resolved the problem. Raul was courteous and made sure that he left the work area in a clean condition. We had a lot of work done about 10 years ago when we had pipe problems and then foundation leaking. I was so pleased back then with the work provided ... by your team. Over the years the waterproofing membrane pulled away from the collar due to settling around the foundation of my house. I found my paperwork that indicated we had a warranty so I called your office. Adam came to our house to do an inspection and took pictures. He was very thorough and professional and a pleasure to deal with. He called a few weeks later to advise that the restoration would be covered by our warranty and would have a team attend our home shortly. Within a few days a team showed up that was just as great as our first team. The three men worked tirelessly for about 6 hours barely stopping for even a drink. They did a beautiful job going above and beyond our expectations!! Please pass along our thanks to Adam and his team of workers - I did and always will highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
