I called Roto-Rooter after finding water in my utility room and seeping into the carpet in the adjacent room. Their technician (Dominic) arrived within 15 minutes and diagnosed the ... problem as a leak from an unused water softener. He quickly disconnected the softener and then used the shop vac to clean up the water. Before he left, he even set up the fan and dehumidifier to remove any remaining moisture. I am extremely pleased with his work and will call Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing problems. I will also recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends.

Had Clean Earth come out to pump septic tanks and water was still coming in the basement. They suggested we call Roto Rooter. Bryan came out and was ... so helpful. He discovered our first tank hadn't been pumped out as Clean Earth had said they done. He cleaned out our main pipe and even cleaned up after himself in the basement!!! I would recommend this company to anyone that asks!!!
