Scheduling on your website was so easy, with results I beyond anything I dared to hope! Late morning on a Monday, I asked for same-day service to unclog the ... main drain of our house. Shortly thereafter I received email confirmation, and later a phone call to tell me which technician was on his way, about 15-20 mins out. Bob arrived and listened to my tale of woe, then crawled through our crawlspace to assess the old pipes, searched the yard until he found (in a flowerbed) the sewer clean-out, which I never knew existed in the 20 yrs we've lived here, and then hooked up the camera/snake to locate the clog, right where he predicted it would be. The rotating scoop/snake was absolutely the right tool for the job of removing the built-up obstruction. Bob was an experienced and enthusiastic practician of all sorts of plumbing, and as he worked the machine he answered many questions about leaks, pressure, materials, etc, and discussed possibilities for updating plumbing when we remodel kitchen & bathroom. So here's the bottom line: If my Roto-Rooter experience was a true indication of their normal, overall plumbing services, and if all their techs are as good as Bob, then I honestly look forward to calling them again! I haven't felt that way about a plumber in a long, long time.

Recently when a friend returned from an overseas vacation he found significant damage to his home because of a water leak. So as my wife and I walked out ... the door on our vacation, I turned off the main valve in our basement. When we returned on Sunday night and I turned the valve open, I was immediately welcomed home with water spraying in my face from a leaking valve. Roto Rooter had done work for us in the past and that was our first call. Roger Drury called back promptly and advised he would be at our home in approximately three hours later. At 11:00pm he arrived as scheduled and was able to fix the leak, but we agreed he should return Monday to replace the valve. The work is now complete and we could not be happier. Roger cleaned up after himself, was polite, went about his work, and promptly fixed the tired valve. When I was a young boy I remember the legacy ads, " Hey Roto Rooter Man". A classic that has stuck with me through the years.
