Nate came out to clear my kitchen sink drain and found an unusual issue the drain had been replumbed and ran outside around a patio and tied back in on ... the opposite side of the house before entering the septic tank. He started with a 50’ snake then a75’ snake and had to get a 120’ snake in the outside clean out to finally clear the clog. He kept right on it and was very polite and professional. He cleaned up very well also. Nate is a very hard worker and dedicated to solving the problem to make the customer happy. He is definitely a valuable asset for the company!

I had the sewer pipe sludge clog of clogs! It took the jet sprayer to unclog it. During the process it backed up into my toilet and shower and into ... my yard. First it was Larry and then the guy with the jet truck and then a clean up crew (Josh and another guy) came to help in my bathroom so Larry could continue the jet sprayer process. Finally it broke free. Jessy came to lend a hand. By time it was over and done my yard was cleaned up and my bathroom was left smelling far better and sanitized. I am so grateful for all of these guys! They are kind, caring, and a great team. They turned my bad situation into a great experience. I must also mention Adam who made all this happen. Thank you Adam for fitting me in the schedule and calling me back on a Sunday. I appreciate all of you. Thank you all for all you do!!

Our sewer line broke in our garage and Roto Rooter (Jesse, Plumber) came very fast to fix during COVID-19. We then had another separate plumbing issue which caused more ... flooding to our family room the very next day to everyone’s surprise. Roto Rooter (Jesse, Plumber) came back very fast to fix. We were blessed to have the plumber, Jesse, who diagnosed what the problem was and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Jesse as he was a joy to be with when you are in an upsetting situation with your home. He was very professional, comforting, and positive. We were proud of the professional work that he did. He solved our problems. Adam was great to work with, too, on scheduling. Plumbing can be tricky. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. The Roto-rooter technician who came to my house and provided service from my downspout drains was excellent. His name was Jesse and he was the ultimate professional. ... He actually showed up a little early (always a plus) and provided excellent analysis of my downspout drains and gave several helpful solutions. He was able to help me immediately improve drainage away from the house and will provide an estimate to work on some drains that are in need of repair. Would highly recommend him specifically to anyone who needs assistance.

I called late morning for help installing faucets in our kitchen sink. I was told they would come out in the afternoon (same day). A few minutes later I received ... a call from the plumber (Matt). Said he would arrive at 1:30 and at 1:30 he pulled in the drive. Matt was very professional and was quick to work. He fixed the problem and found a couple things that needed attention and fixed those also. I highly recommend this company.
