Big thanks to CJ for his assistance over the last week or so. He unstuck our sewage line and then descaled it as well... not a fun thing to ... experience as a homeowner. However, when you deal with a crappy thing like a clogged sewer line (pun most definitely intended), having a service provider who is as skilled, kind and personable as CJ makes it a lot easier. He showed great respect for us and for our home, and left our basement cleaner than he found it. Thanks, CJ!

I had what I thought was a major plumbing leak. Mike Williams came out asap, but in the meantime, my husband had tightened some things & it was no longer ... leaking. Mike was so very helpful & courteous (in spite of the issue already being resolved), he even double checked to ensure the leak was fixed (it was). When we need work in the future, we will definitely give Roto Rooter a call & request Mike Williams.

Technicians were professional and thorough. Supervisor showed up (David Neale) to make sure all went well. That was very much appreciated.

I've never had a better plumber. He came out the same day and got me draining, even tho it was Saturday. Strongly recommend

Service tech Dawson arrived 10 minutes after he text me he was on his way. Dawson snaked bathroom sink and stayed another 10 minutes making sure drain was open and ... water flowing. If another plumbing problem arises, I will call Roto- Rooter.

When Joe arrived yesterday to evaluate what needed to be done at no charge to come to home which is super great, he was very professional, courtesy, polite and ... explained everything that he was going to do prior to doing it. He did an awesome job, plus he cleaned up the two rooms he was working in plus the basement where a pipe needed to be replaced. I am so happy that he was able to fix everything the same day and that I have use of my sinks again. I highly recommend him to to whoever needs a plumber.

I recently had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. I called several plumbers, but Roto-Rooter was the only one who was able to send out a technician. James ... Thompson responded. He was very professional and immediately determined what the problem was. We needed a new pump. He returned on Monday and replaced our old pump. He was knowledgeable and responded to all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and James to anyone who needed service.

The gentleman who came today was very helpful and knowledgeable. He tried every possible way to help me, which finally it happened. I probably should have said something ... and I didn't, but as senior citizen it would have been very nice if they cleaned up after. My drain backed up onto the floor leaving a mess. I now have to go and clean it. The extra little would have been so appreciated. But thankfully my problem is solved and I say he was very friendly and very helpful.

I don’t even know where to begin. Our service technician Tyler went above and beyond to give incredible service to us. Even though the job was a bit challenging ... he was so calm and positive. I knew I had a problem and laid in bed all night wondering what to do I decided on Roto-Rooter to call in the morning and I’m so glad I did. We will call this company for the rest of our life. Victor did an outstanding job replacing the cartridge in our shower faucet. He explained everything in great detail and completed the job in a timely manner even though he had ... trouble removing the old cartridge (it wasn't installed correctly before). I would certainly have Victor service any plumbing repairs again. Great job Victor!!
