Service was on time and quick for a weekend after 4:00pm. Tremaine (Florence company) did an excellent job. He was very informational. He did not give me the run ... around or try to recommend another company. Tremaine went to work on the problem and finished in no time. He guaranteed that he could unclog the pipes and did just that. Thank you again. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone. I wil definitely call again in the future if I need to.

Johnny saved my day! Was here w/i the hour, solved the back-up issue, reworked my under-counter pipes and cleaned up the water mess. Wonderful, skilled service; very reassuring presence and ... a nice person! Josh set up a floor-drying and restoration plan, explaining details thoroughly and talking to my insurance company. He also stayed in touch through the day, and as late as 10 pm. Great, professional service; great personal skills! Cayce and Rich worked inside and under my house until at least 10:15 pm in blistering heat. They were thorough, professional and both very knowledgeable and personable. How they did that for so many hours without a dinner break is a wonder - but they stayed until I was set-up and secured for the night. All four of these men are skilled, professional, willing to go-the-extra-mile, and genuinely nice people. They are a credit to your company!
