When I called for help your staff were like (911) responders/set up plans to do(start) my repair before I got home ... and kept me informed through the entire problem. Your repair man explained the damage and the repairs needed and had the job half finished when I got home. He answered all my questions and finished the repair in a very timely manner, and I still had time to go watch my grandson's football game. It could not have worked out better for me. Thank you for being there in my time of need(made my wife happy too) so THANKS again (:
