They were both efficient and explained things as they went. Made a stressful situation much better. Great work and customer service

Luke came out to the house and cleared our clogged pipe to the septic! Good Job... the best part, and why I'll recommend him again & again is because ... he was extremely patient w/ my husband, who has survived a stroke, open heart surgery, bladder surgery.... etc... very ill! Luke talked slowly w/ him and made sure my husband knew what was going on w/ the plumbing! I certainly appreciated all of Luke's efforts to make this situation a better occurance than was expected!!! I had a serious issue with a septic system where the installer no longer works on the system and could find no company to work on the system. Adam stepped ... up and did everything he could to help me and to find someone who was qualified to fix the broken system. He is the ONLY one who was willing to help me in an emergency situation and to try and find the appropriate person for a long term fix! I 100% recommend him to everyone as someone reliable, dependable, and who will not take advantage of you!

It was two in the morning and I went downstairs to switch a load of laundry. Only to find that my basement had flooded.In a panic I got in ... the yellow pages and found Roto- Rooters phone number not really expecting to get an answer but I did. The Plumber called within 5 minutes and said he was on the way. When he arrived he gave me a list of options to fix my problem (which made me feel very comfortable) And within an hour and a half my problem was fixed.I would definately call them again should I ever have a plumbing problem. Oh yea they gave me a 5 year guarantee !

I have used your company several times and each time I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of your employees... not only they have kept me apprised ... in each situation of the ongoing work on a regular basis but show up when they say they will and have been so trustworthy and helpful explaining in detail each step of the way Lucas, Colby and Chris worked nonstop to finish my basement and have done a fantastic job even Colby has offered to take the time to sand the mud off the stairs as they were recently installed thank you and I will definitely use your company again in the future!

We had a clogged pipe issue, meaning no showers, dishes or laundry. UGH...and on Memorial Day Weekend! We thought we would have to wait until at least Tuesday for help ... but to our surprise Roto-Rooter was able to kindly work us in on a Sunday! Unbelievable. Lucas came out and worked until he was able to clear our stubborn clog! We are so thankful to Lucas and the Roto-Rooter team!

I am not a customer, but I live next door to the people that you serviced. When I saw the the C-team was putting rock and dirt on our ... lawn that has been well cared for (thick and green with no weeds) my husband went our as talked to them about this. They told us that we had not worries and they would clean up all rocks and clay dirt. Well that would not be easy was our thought. I watched them throughout the day. They were very good at their job. They went and laid tarp on our grass, they dumped the rock and clay dirt on this tarp. When the day was done..... they had finish with with an A+. Thank you for such thoughtful employees, Called the C team. you need to keep men like this.

Lucas and Cody made it here faster than I expected, were very friendly and patient as I had them explain things (a few times) and gave me an honest opinion ... on the repairs required. I would definitely recommend them, and will be calling again for our next plumbing problem.

Brock did a great job, was punctual (early, actually!) and polite... In and out quickly; diagnosed the problem and quickly remedied it.

Ben came by first thing in the morning and helped us out by rotor routing the sewer pipe on the west end on the house. He informed us of what ... was going on with the tree roots in the sewer line. Ben also gave us a view of the pipe with the camera. He helped us make an informed decision on what to do. Ben saved the day.The water is running again and everything works just fine. We signed up for the annual prevent cleaning. He was thorough and thoughtful, we will recommend him to anyone needing similar services. THANK YOU BEN, YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ARE THE BEST!

What a great experience we had with Adam, Edward and Brock! They were prompt, professional but fun and courteous. and most importantly they got the job done in ... a very timely manner!
