Why the Household Fans Go In Last, Not First
A household starts with the fans, which is the one step that has to come last. Air movers set on top of saturated carpet pad and soaked insulation are drying the wrong things slowly. The sequence is fixed for a reason:
- Step 1 - assessment and moisture mapping: we walk the affected area with meters, mark the real wet boundary, which is always larger than the visible one, and record the starting condition.
