I had been having a somewhat challenging day, and when I found water all over the garage floor, my first thought was "I can't deal with one more thing." Then ... I called Roto-Rooter, located near our home, and was so pleased with the rapid response. From the first phone call to the water heater being replaced took only a few hours. Our technician, Pedro, went out of his way to locate a replacement that was available the same day. He was efficient and patient when answering questions. "Thank You" to you all.

This was our second time with our technician, Larry. He was amazing again! Helpful and efficient service. I would highly recommend!

My house is filthy and I am afraid to call repairmen bc of that. Your plumber came shut off the water at the street bc I have no other water ... shut off, diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly, he stayed found another hidden issue that affected the function of the toilet. I would have sent him on his way gladly with out noticing. We both decided another issue was able to be dealt with another day as it was non emergent and I was nearly in tears he was so kind and so professional. He never once sneered or even wrinkled his nose. And when I say the condition of my house is horrendous it is horrendous. Thank you so much for sending such a top notch gentleman. I have a house full of water to deal w and ruined everything now but I feel at peace knowing that it is fixed and if I need to call again I can. You have no idea what that means to me.

My service tech was very nice and quick. My problem was resolved within minutes. The only thing that stung is being charged $355.00 to snake my toilet. And my clean ... out on the side of the house. I've had this done 5 years ago, and I paid $200 to a local company. Like I said my technician was Amazing. Just felt a bit drained after I wrote that check.

The gentlemen that came to look at my shower were extremely pleasant and professional. I was expecting to have to pay way more than what he quoted me. Will definitely ... use Roto-Rooter again
