Recently discovered that I had a leak in the tank of my toilet, after exhausting all of my DIY resources. I called RotoRooter. Within an hour of the phone call ... a tech was at my house to take a look at the issue. It ultimately ended up being a lot more intensive than Paul or myself thought, but he was very professional and did a wonderful job. I would definitely utilize Roto-Rooter and Paul’s services again in the future.

The Plumber dispatched Mr. James G. was very courteous and professional. I showed him what was going on and he quickly took care of the rest. He placed a barrier ... to protect the floor in the kitchen and proceeded to fix the problem. A great job that was quickly completed in a relatively short period of time. Thank you.

I must compliant your Tech on the job he did at my my home! Three days prior to Mr. Pooter being here , I had another service respond to ... my stopped up drain(s) and a somewhat flooded basement. Three days after they left, guess what, the same situation all over again! I call Mr. Rooter this time and in comes A.J.(Tech) the same morning I had called. My main sewer line backed up late at night. I called at 7:45 am and Shawnte arrived before 9 am. He cleared my drain with ease, and made sure it ... was completely clear before he left. He was wonderful, and polite, and did an amazing job. I then had Melinda out the same day to give an estimate on repiping my kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as installing new faucets to stop the leaks. She came back the next day on time, and did a wonderful job making sure everything was working properly, and even cleared a clog inside the wall before she finished. I could not be happier with both of them! So grateful for the job done, and will definitely call and request them again if needed, and highly recommend to everyone I can. Thank you!

Our toilets at the church started leaking water when we flushed. The main drain was clogged. We called in the morning, and the problem was fixed early afternoon same ... day. The service technician, Steve was very thorough, professional and very nice.

WOW!! We were having a sewage issue in our building and the technicians that came to our rescue were INCREDIBLE!! Josh and Ryan were very professional and hard ... working. They were not able to "snake" the issue away. So another technician, Jerry, arrived a short time late and used a "jet" to clean out our clog. Jerry was AMAZING, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was very careful not to flood our office and he cleared our issue away!! Then, to ensure our issue does not return anytime soon, Jerry requested a camera be put into our system to ensure the lines are clear. Ryan, one of the first technicians, returned later in the day and ensured our sewage lines are all clear. Each of the three Roto Rooter employees were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly!! I won't call any other plumbers in this town - only Roto Rooter from now on!!

I had a clog somewhere in my downspout/drainage system at the church I work for. Chaney and Dom went the extra mile to make sure they found my clog and ... help me find a solution. These two men define customer service! Roto-Rooter will be the first company I call. Job Well Done!

I would just like to recognize Michael Seeley for going above and beyond to make a pleasant experience. In the first visit from another technician, a repair was made ... but the pipe still had a slight leak. Originally I was frustrated that original repair was not done properly and required a call back and felt it was expensive. Michael Seeley on the call back made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate my son's bed time and work schedule. It wasn't his original job but he did the call back without any complaints. Please recognize this person as I felt he turned my experience with RR around from negative to very positive.

Had a broken water drain pipe underground in my septic system. They came out twice and worked till they got the problem resolved. Had to dig up and replace the ... broke drain pipe . Did a great job in one days time and restored our septic system. Would recommend them for any water or drain problem.
