This is my third, or fourth review, but I had to do it. Roto Rooter has been amazing for an entire week now. Our emergency service last weekend ... went great, but when we still had an issue, they came right back and saw an additional problem and came right back to fix it. Three men are in our garage right now cleaning up. They had to jack hammer the floor in the garage and dig way down to find the broken pipe and root that went through it. They have been courteous, professional and extremely nice. We are truly grateful for the amazing care we've had from everyone we have dealt with at Roto Rooter.

This is my second letter of thanks in two days. Yesterday we had excellent service in clearing out the line to the house. Today at 8 am. ... a gentleman came and looked at our line with a camera and right now, two very professional, nice and able men are in a hole in at my front curb replacing the pipe. They got an emergency permit from the township and are getting everything done in less than 24 hours. I can't say enough about the way this has been handled. The gentlemen working now have patiently explained everything they're doing and are working safely and neatly. Thank you so much

When a burst pipe this winter caused my basement to flood I was very overwhelmed. Dennis was incredibly helpful and kind, explained the whole process to me and eased my ... concerns. The team worked quickly and efficiently to fix my pipe and complete water remediation. Thank you!!

This was the first time I've had to call a plumbing company. I was blessed with having Ryan S who made my first experience with a professional plumber beyond satisfactory. ... Not only coming out early on the same day I called and providing me with thorough service, he even let me look over his shoulder and taught me what to do if I run into the same problem again. Ryan diligently explained everything he was doing step by step, gave me examples, and broke down the entire process for me. He was extremely professional and even chit chatted with me before leaving making sure I was comfortable with the steps and service I was provided. I'm so grateful he made this a positive experience for me. He was able to make light of the situation and had me engulfed in his profession with his inherently thoughtful character. His genuine inclination to help and teach me really made an entirely foreign experience for me very well worth it. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending this company to others in need. The commitment to customer service here is few and far in-between nowadays and I'm VERY impressed with it. 10/10

Once again Lewis came through with the right solution to our sump pump problem. He saw that the piping that takes the water out of the house was not ... pitched right. Another company had installed the piping incorrectly and Lewis re-worked and installed a more definitive pitch to the pipes to allow the water to be removed more efficiently thus putting less stress on the sump pump. He also re-did piping in the areas that had too many bends in the connections and made that area much more streamlined and quieter. We are so happy with his service, he shows up on time, is very knowledgeable, works efficiently, and is respectful. I will always ask for Lewis when I call Roto Rooter in the future. Thank you.

Lewis the master plumber solved our sump pump issue and we are going forward with his recommendation for further pitch work on the pipes to keep the sump pump running ... efficiently. When I reached out to him, he responded to my text messages very quickly. He scheduled services in a timely manner. When he was on another job nearby, he was able to shoot over to my house to check on things. He had all the supplies in his van and I feel like I am in good hands because Lewis has a lot of knowledge and knows how to work efficiently. I will always request him for services in the future.

TECH ARRIVED AND CLEARED UP THE PLUMBING ISSUE THAT I CALLED FOR SERVICE ON. WHILE HE WAS HERE I HAD HIM TAKE CARE OF ANOTHER PLUMBING ISSUES THAT MY ... MAINT TECHS COULD NOT COMPLETE DUE TO HAVING THE INCORRECT TOOL. THE ROTO ROOTER TECH HAD THE CORRECT TOOLS TO GET THE JOB COMPLETED. CHECK WORK AND NOT LEAKS ON TOILET OR WATER FOUNTAIN.
