Carlos (the Roto Rooter plumber) did a great job patiently determining the ... clog location, and getting the plumbing unclogged around 10:30 pm. We could not recommend Roto Rooter, and specifically Carlos, enough !

The technician that came to the house was excellent. He was courteous, neat and open about the findings and repairs needed. Excellent work. However - the scheduling / planning of ... your people is terrible. I called Monday and was told someone could come out that evening around 6:00. No one showed. Called back was told there was nothing scheduled for me. Rescheduled for Tuesday between 4-8 pm. After sitting at home waiting all evening at 7:55 got a call can’t make it tonight. Rescheduled for Wednesday between 2-6 pm. Left work early for this. Got a call at 5:15 that someone would be there in 30 mins. They showed at 6:30. Poor scheduling of your people, leave customers waiting around and then not show up. Not acceptable.

It is very rare to find professionalism like he showed while he was at my house. He had to call in Brett who lives in Blairsville to help flush my sewage system because the sludge that was found. Brett too was professional and very knowledgeable about how to successfully complete the job. I recommend that both of them be acknowledged for their work and professionalism they displayed at my residence. If I ever need further work to be completed, those two are the ones that I want to return to my house. Their work and effort is greatly appreciated.
