We called to have someone change our pipes in the basement. Benjamin arrived on time. He was was professional, friendly and explained everything to us .

Saturday morning we had a problem with our toilet. We called Roto-Rooter and were given a 4 hour window for service. We received a call a few minutes later and ... were told a tech was on the way. Our tech, James, arrived shortly. He diagnosed the problem and quickly solved it. He was very, friendly, professional and nice. Our problem was solved and we were extremely pleased. Thank you.

Apolo (tech 1853) was at my house in Jamestown earlier today. He did a great job - arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and was courteous and outgoing. ... I usually don't take the time to complete surveys like this, but I'm happy to make an exception in his case.

Your technician arrived very promptly and had a very professional attitude . After I brought him to the area where my concern was, he explained what the problem might be ... and how it could be corrected. I left him alone to work on the problem and waited within ear shout should he need me. After he completed the work he explained to me what he had done. He also explained how and what I should do to help prevent this problem from happening again in the future .

The technician arrived promptly and acted in a very professional manner. After pointing out the problem he pointed out the likely cause of the problem, and the corrective action that ... should be taken . While the technician worked to corrected the problem I wated within ear shot . After completing the work he came and brought me to the prodlem area and test the items that had been causing the problem. At this point he ran test to show me that the problem was corrected to my satisfaction .

I recently had a good experience with your company and I wanted to complement the 4 young men who were assigned to help me with my plumbing issue. Adam ... and Mike were the first two employees to help me and they were exceptional. They worked extremely hard and were very helpful. The second day Miguel and Nick were assigned to my issue. Mike came back to oversee the work. All of these young men were very polite, respectful and professional. They all worked diligently to solve the problem. I was very impressed with these men and their hard work. It was apparent that they were all knowledgeable and they seemed to really care about helping me fix the problem. It was refreshing, and it was appreciated, to be treated kindly, politely and respectfully.

Matt arrived within 2 hours of my original call for service to unblock a sewage pipe. After assessing the problem, answering my questions and providing an estimate for the ... work, he completed the job and resolved the problem in approximately 1 ½ hours. Afterwards, he fully explained what he found and made recommendations to prevent a reoccurrence. His work was timely, effective and professional. I definitely would call Roto-Rooter for their services again.
