Leonard (1479) came very shortly after the original Roto Rooter technician determined that I had a blockage. Leonard was very kind, explained everything to be done. ... Excellent tecnician!! I will call next year and ask specifically for him!!!

Darnell came soonafer, was courteous, quickly diagnosed my mainline drain clog, thoroughly cleaned the drain and confirmed ... the water was flowing well. I'm extremely pleased with the service received and Darrell's efficiency in getting the job done. He's a true professional that took pride in his work and an asset to your company.

I had a stopped up kitchen sink. It had years and years of clog where water no longer flowed through it. My Technician Mark, was very professional, came ... in, heard our story and went to work. We had another company, FlowPro from Aurora attempt the job, the guy was here for 3 hours without success. Tried to cut some pipes, and wanted to do some major removal of stuff. Didnt quite sound right. My husband, an ex construction worker resisted and stopped the progress at that point. Thank God he did. Roto Rooter came in and used the big gun Rooter, it took a while but he was successful. So I know from now on, Roto Rooter is the place for my drain needs. Thanks Roto Rooter. The technicians ran into a mess to say the least while routing out our condo main line. They stuck it out for hours all the time giving us updates on ... the situation. Roto-Rooter responded within the hour and came to address what seemed to be a downstairs toliet in our half basement, we live in a raised ranch, that would not drain ... after flushing and then lead from the bottom of the toilet. Evlin badge 1277, very knowledgeable about assessing things and first looked and the main sewer line in the utility room as a starting point. this was going to be starting point before seeing if further action was needed. After rooting out 35 feet, the toliet still would not flush. performing
