I contacted Roto-Rooter just after 7:00am in the morning regarding our water heater which had gone out for the umpteenth time. Blake arrived just after 8:00am and together we ... determined that replacement was the best option. He had our new water heater installed within just a few hours and was quite professional. I really appreciate the quick response I received. The level of customer service provided by all the staff I've come in contact with has been nothing but top notch! Thank you!

We discovered our main sewage line was blocked at about 7:00 PM. After several minutes of searching online we learned that this was beyond our DIY capabilities and called RotoRooter ... a little before 9:00. Their technician was at our home by 10:00, assessed the problem and went to work immediately. Because he had trouble locating the main access vent (it was buried under landscaping) he had to remove the downstairs toilet and snake the line that way. By midnight the clog was cleared, the toilet was back in place and we were able to turn on the water without fear of causing a horrific mess in our house. We were charged $300 for the work, which was very reasonable considering the urgency of the situation and the time of day. The technician was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the results. He even located the main vent for us under the landscaping and instructed us on how to check and clear the line ourselves if we noticed the drains getting sluggish in the future. All this plus a 6 month guarantee on the work! Can't recommend them enough!

Needed a septic tank cleaning and inspection for a real estate closing. Wayne was prompt, personal and professional. We requested service to pump out our septic tank, which was very well done although quite a bit of effort was needed to find and open the tank. Upon ... inspection, the tank needed servicing and repairs, and that was done very efficiently as well. All in all, a very good experience, with very knowledgeable technicians, who took the time to explain each step of the process.

While working under the house on something else, he discovered a leak coming from the water heater that was destroying our ... subfloors and leaking into the house. Thanks to his quick work and coordinating a remediation team for me while I was out of town, he saved us thousands of dollars in further damage and repairs! What a guy! Jacob and his helper showed up on time (with only 30 minutes notice) from the office to perform a sewer video scope inspection. They were efficient and knowledgeable. (I know ... this because I'm a home inspector with 26 years of experience.) Melinda in the office (who took my order and ensured someone would be able to serve us in time) was also very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, the experience was very positive ... just what we hope for as a fine example in this industry. We've used Roto-Rooter many times in the past and look forward to a continued relationship.
