Your technician, Jamil Quinones, was very professional in explaining the problem with our clogged bathtub. He tried various methods to solve the problem. He was very patient and ... resourceful. He did not give up trying various options until he unclogged the bathtub and water started to drain. He suggested several maintenance practices to avoid a recurrence of the problem. We will request his services should we need it again.

I want to commend Antonio V who came to our house to do some repair work on our bathroom tub water controls on April 15 2024. He listened to our ... wants and needs and took care of us saving us a LOT of money. Antonio took the time to survey the situation before starting in. He did excellent work and was genuinely friendly. He didn't seem to mind while I watched some of the work as I was curious (always learning). I would not hesitate to call on Roto Rooter again as they've always done excellent work for us. Not inexpensive but worth it to get top notch work.
