Eric and Don worked so hard to take care of the tree roots cleaned them out I am totally satisfied with everything Roto Rooter has done for me. Also ... had some plumbing changed. Awesome job again. Can’t thank all of the guys who worked to get the job done

They were exactly on time. Took the time to get my main sewer line uncloged completely. Also had a technician look with a camera. My service guy was Ryan ... and he did a great job

I was especially pleased with the rapid response to my call for help with a plumbing issue in my aged parents only bathroom. Ryan and Ryan were polite, went straight ... to work, formulated a plan, explained what they would do and went straight to work. Very efficient even in cramped quarters and they left every thing neat as a pin. Thank you so much for having such nice gentlemen on your staff.

I would just like to comment on Dave Metz and what a great job he did for us. He wasn't able to make it on the day originally scheduled ... because we were the last stop, and it had been a chaotic day on his end (mine too for that matter). Dave personally called me that evening, explained his situation, and arranged his schedule so that we were the first job the next day. He was even willing to be at our home before 6:00 AM. Dave showed up the next day 10 minutes ahead of schedule and ready to go. He was professional and had a great personality about him. Once he completed the job, he thoroughly cleaned everything and verified that the work was done correctly. He also gave me some tips on how to properly maintain the drain to prevent further recurrence of the problem. Dave did excellent work during his visit and I would definitely call and request him by name if we have problems in the future. Roto-Rooter and Dave get my gold seal of approval.

I had a massive basement drain clog. Water was standing and would not drain whatsoever. I called Roto Rooter on Sunday and spoke with Thelma, who could not ... possibly have been nicer. She scheduled me for Monday, 2-11-19, between 12 and 2pm. I got a call from Austin, about an hour early, telling me he could come early. I was not available until noon but Austin was there right at 12pm. He was very conscience of my very light colored carpeting, and was going to take off his shoes. That is unheard of today. I told him just to wipe them and I appreciated his consideration. Austin took care of the drain problem, and even put his snake through a second time to make sure I had no issues. He was very friendly, and probably in his early 20s. Austin was very complimentary to his company as well. Thank you, Roto Rooter, for an amazing experience from beginning to end. I even feel the charge was very reasonable for what Austin did. Thank you so very much. Pete
