We’ve also found Carlo to be a very ambitious worker that can operate at an expertise level and is able to correct any issues that arise. Note: Carlo deserves a 10 Star rating! In conclusion: We are extremely satisfied and very happy with Carlo’s overall work ethics in every way. Where his workmanship and expertise level were found to be phenomenal.

David was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what had to be done to fix the problem. He Had to work outside in that cold for hours. He never ... gave up and did exactly what he had explained to us to fix our sump pump problem. Ice dam in the outside pipe caused sump pump not able to get water past the ice dam and it backed up into our cellar. He fixed it and it’s all working nicely. He was very kind to an old man and answered all my questions and concerns respectfully. Thank you, David, and Roto-Rooter. Would highly recommend both of you.

This worked out great. I scheduled the visit online, for the same day. I received a confirmation and a follow up phone call to let me know a plumber would ... be showing up between 11 and 3. They showed up at 12 and got right to work and were done by 2. The communication was clear and no surprises. The plumber, Jaime, was awesome. Very friendly and professional. They came to our house kniwing there was a clog in our drain. They did not know how bad the pipes were until the pipes fell apart in their hands. ... They were able to replace the pipes and unclog the drain. The workers did a good job even though it was hot. They were a team that came in from Westfield. Very polite. Good workers.

They came to our house knowing the bath tube drain was clogged but not aware of the pipes being so bad they fell apart in their hands.

They ran into an unexpected problem. We said clogged drain in the bath tub (they did find lots of hair in the drain) but what we did not know and ... therefore did not tell them the pipes were so bad they fell apart in their hands.

Had toilet drain back up 7/12/24. Kyle arrived and was very professional and entertaining. He went above and beyond at his job. His supervisor Joe came later ... to assist him. They were both great for such a terrible experience.

He cleared a soil pipe plug, but also found a ... serious problem that's been in the line for over 10 years. His thorough efforts to explore the entire length of the soil pipe and diagnose the mystery were exceptional.

Last week I had made a review about a bad experince I had. I just wanted to update that the local Roto-rooter was able to quickly and professionally help us ... and was wonderful to work with. My bad review was about the digusting person in the after hours call center and should not be a reflection on the team that was FABULOUS locally. The person in the call center should be fired for being insensitve and lacking the ablity to help. The local team deserves better support.
