I had a 50 year old clog in my pipes, other plumbers were unable to open. They said you are going to have to call Roto-Rooter to come. It ... took us three visits, but they found a way to clear all my pipes without destroying the tile work in the bathroom or cutting through the cement slab. They persevered with the job until it was solved with the least amount of damage. Then they guaranteed their work. It was a very professional job. I was most impressed with their integrity.

We have had another septic company here twice and a plumber and yet our septic problem continued. Totally stressef and overwhelmed i prayed that God would bring us the person ... that would resolve or know how to resolve our issue. Then arrives Bob—gets right to work and finds exactly what our problem is and will be back to fix it. He took the time to find out exactly what was causing the issue and wanted the job done right! Danny came to pump out our septic tank and identified a clog farther back. Billy came back out later to remove the clog. They were both personable, ... knowledgeable and friendly. We'll use them again and appreciate their work.

I WAS VERY STRESSED IN APRIL OF 2015 WHEN I WOKE TO MY HOUSE FLOODED. IT WAS A SUNDAY MORNING. I CALLED ROTO ROOTER I THOUGHT HA GREAT ... ROTO ROOTER??? THE LADY TOLD ME A TECH WOULD CALL ME BACK. I THOUGHT MMMM WILL C??? BEFORE I COULD EVEN OPEN THE PHONE BOOK I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A ROTO EMPLOYEE NAMED DWAYNE. I COULDNT BELEIVE IT I GOT A CALL BACK AND WITHIN MINUTES. WHEN HE KINDLY ASKED ME MY PROBLEM AND ADDRESS HE SAID ILL BE THERE ASAP!!!! IM THINKING SUNDAY ASAP HE SAID HE WAS IN JONESBOROUGH IM N JOHNSONCITY WILL SEE HOW FAST ASAP IS!!! WELL I MADE A BOWL OF CEREAL AND BY THE TIME I COULD FINISHNIT I HEARD A KNOCK.. I THOUGHT THERESW NO WAY!! WELL TO MY SURPRISE THERE STOOD A CLEAN CUT GUY EXCITED TO SEE MY PPROBLEM. WHEN HE SEEN THE WATER ON THE FLOOR HE LED IS WAY TO THE PROBLEM SHORT GLANCE HE WAS OUT THE DOOR GOT SOME BIG MACHINE AND SHOP VAC AS HE WAS UNCLOGGING MY DRAIN HE WAS CLEANING UP AT THE SAME TIME I THOUGHT WOW! ROTO ROOTER FOR LIFE AND NOW ALL MY FREINDS USE ROTO ROOTER O AND FAMILEY.... I WAS JUST SERFING THE WEB AND SEEN YOUR WEB SITE THOUGHT I WOUYLD CHECK IT OUT. I had a water leak I called made appointment Billy came said he had to get parts three days later and 20 calls to there office another man came he ... couldn't complete the job. Next day John came had it fixed within 30 mins he was dressed to represent the company unlike the other's before him. Thank you John you make Roto Rooter in our area or there wouldn't be one out of two employees John was the most professal and knew how to do his job and so it with the know how and professional attitude he completed his job if used this office ask for John sorry I don't know last name

AMAZING service!! Called because of an odor, had no idea where my tank was, a great guy by the name of 'Bob' (Robert) and his co-worker came out the same ... day to review my set up. They showed up the next day, as promised, with all the appropriate equipment and completed the job in under 3 hours. They were friendly, courteous, clean, and forgave my beastly dogs who had to 'supervise' constantly. I have had several BAD experiences with remodeling/construction type issues recently and was completely blown away by your crew. No joke, Roto Rooter will be the first place I call in the spring when I need the rest of my work completed. Thank you so much!!
