Sean England came out to replace our defective hot water heater and did an excellent job. He was efficient and very thorough. He had it replaced and back ... in operation within 3 hours. Outstanding job! I will definitely recommend your company and Sean in the future.

Ryan responded very quickly to our emergency this morning. Thoroughly checked out our faulty hot water heater and determined we needed a new one.

Jaden was great. Service was fast and efficient. He went above and beyond to resolve our issue, and on top of that, he walked us through a few additional concerns ... we had regarding the pipes in the house. We will definitely be reaching out to him to redo the pipes in our home. I also want to take a minute to thank the people I spoke to on the phone; they were also very kind and helpful.

The gentlemen that provided us with our flooded basement problem were absolutely wonderful! They came out right away and was very knowledgeable. They also were very kind and considerate. My ... husband had just had surgery The day before our basement flooded, so there was not much he was able to do to help. Roto rooter was so very kind and understanding and went above and beyond their normal job duties. They even removed our old hot water tanks for us, and for that we are forever grateful. I know messages like this rarely reach the employee they pertain to but, I couldn't help but extend a message of gratitude regarding a service I just had done. I ... got home from work yesterday and found out that my basement had "flooded" with sewage water. As anyone can expect, that was not the highlight of my day. I spent a couple of hours cleaning up all of the water and "other stuff" with a shop-vac and attempting to identify the cause. Once I gave up, I put in a service order and the next morning Jason K from the Dayton location came to help out. Jason efficiently pinpointed the issue and promptly discovered a solution. The entire time Jason displayed high levels of professionalism, not only in his trade but in his interactions with customers. His attention to detail and cleanliness also helped turn a stressful situation better. I'll certainly be using Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs that may occur as I step into home ownership.

Cory Combs was sent to fix my plumbing problem. I have a very bad back, so Cory moved everything away from the area he had to get to. When he ... was done, he put everything back where it was! That was only one of the helpful things he did. He is very knowledgeable and explained ways I could avoid another plumbing problem. What great service we received from Davis! He was determined to get the problem fixed. It took a little time but he got the job done! Very respectful and confident. ... If we have a problem in the future, there will be no calling around. We will call Roto Rooter right away. Loved working with Davis. He was very young but knowledgeable. When he introduced himself and asked how I was and I said I'd be better if we didn't have our plumbing problem and he said don't worry, I'll have it working before I leave..and that he did!!

Clogged drain on Christmas Eve hours before family party. Tim spent 3-1/2 hours to get the main drain opened. He tried every trick in the book and was able to ... get it open. He was my Knight in a shining plumbers uniform. I had to hug him. The nicest guy and saved Christmas for us. Tim, I hope you have a wonderful New Year!

We had a few hiccups scheduling but the service rep gave us 10% discount for our trouble. Rodney, our service technician, was AWESOME. He not only fixed our clog, but ... took the time to explain things and troubleshoot with my husband. We didn’t just get a fix, we also got an education that will hopefully help us keep things running smoothly in the future!! Another great experience!!

The two guys who installed a cleanout and unclogged the main drain were outstanding. They were 100% confident they could solve the problem where two other plumbing companies could ... not. They worked through blowing snow and very cold conditions without taking a break until they were done. What a great crew. Thank you for the exceptional service.
