No one wants to have an plumbing issues, but when we did have our first plumbing issue, we called a known company in the area for help. The ... call was answered after regular business hours. Service call and scheduling were handled very efficiently and the plumber arrived when he was expected to. Plumber completed the repair in a timely manner; he also was prompt, courteous and very tidy with cleaning up. All is back to normal. Thank you!

Roots were blocking my sewer line (back-up). Another service had attempted to open the line but, as we later discovered, apparently did not have the equipment necessary to perform ... the task. They didn't seem to know what to do and offered to get the "tools that they needed" soon and would call me soon (I had to call them) - after returning a month later (when it backed up again) they punched another hole thru with a water jet ("flooded" my garage in the process to the point that I used my shop vac to control the spreading, they then used theirs' too in the line - actually dumped it out in my yard leaving a pile of excrement and then left me to clean up the mess and disinfect my floor) only to have it back up again the following month. After several more calls to them and more excuses we decided to cut our losses. I called you guys and within a few hours Kurt (your tech) showed up, acted professionally, in no time he had the roots cut out and even showed me (camera) that the line was now clear - with no mess for me to take care of... I'm glad that we made the right decision this time. Thanks!

sorry - I assume that these are reviewed before being "posted". I had already completed this survey but my internet connection failed before I was able to enter the drawing. ... Since I lost $ 500 to the first "plumber" (I use that term loosely!) that would be the perfect end to my bad experience with them that you guys resolved for me. Thanks again for another (I'm a usual customer - unfortunately when I contacted "you" on the Sunday when my sewer backed-up the other guy was able to be here sooner...my luck) wonderful experience I had with your company and I look forward to your "service notice" (reminder) in two (2) years!

Kurt Hocke was very nice even though I was late getting home to meet him. He was speedy and told me what was going on with my sewer system, ... which is very interesting and helpful if you suddenly don't have one!

The gentleman did an excellent job taking the wet flooring and carpeting out but I need copies of the pictures as promised and still haven't received any. Also was told ... the fans and equipment would be picked up Friday the 5th it's now the 9th and its still here please email me pictures my adjuster is coming the 10th . Thank you

Excellent Service! Called on a Friday evening and they sent someone out on Saturday afternoon. The plumber couldn't have been any nicer! Great work! Fixed our backed up sewer drain. ... I use Roto-Rooter for all plumbing work at my restaurant so I knew the service was going to be top notch!
