I’m in the process of remodeling my bathroom and wanted to move my washer/dryer from there to the basement. The technician came out the next day after I called. Barry ... was very professional. He installed the water line to the washer and added the drain line. He also notified me about potential issues I may have with where the water comes into the house and added a shut off valve after the meter for me. This is something I hadn’t though of and glad he brought up that potential future issue and fixed it. He worked quick. This is a company I’d like to use when I redo my bathroom. We talked about moving my vanity sink water line and relocating the toilet.

Roody came out and inspected our faulty water heater and told us exactly what the problem was and what we need to do in order to fix it. I've had ... multiple plumbing companies come out and basically tell me that the problem is dust, when I knew it wasn't and even Roody knew better than that. He help set me down the correct path and I greatly appreciate it. Once I contact our water heater manufacturer to get the needed parts (it's still under warranty), I will certainly be giving Roody a call to complete the service for me. Huge thanks!

Mike was a polite and friendly tech who did a fantastic job getting our sanitary sewer line cleared of roots. We called in for the service on a Saturday night ... at 8:00 p.m. and he was there the next day, Sunday, by 10:30 a.m. Always satisfied with the work.

Will is wonderful. He had bern thorough in problem solving issues with our upflow pump system. Some call backs were necessary but NOT because of anything Will did or didn’t ... do. This type of system is not often encountered and we appreciate so much how Will stuck with a difficult situation. We believe it is now resolved thanks to Will
