Technician Paul arrived about two hours after I first contacted their dispatch for a clogged kitchen sink. The issue was fixed promptly and the technician was great. He verified it ... was all fixed and made sure he didn't leave any mess. Would not hesitate to contact them again if any other plumbing issues arise. Great service.

He ... was courteous and very organized, keeping his work area clean, and even tolerant of my nosey cat! I was impressed with how he explained everything to me along the way and provided helpful tips for maintenance and keeping drains clear in the future! Although we didn't know it at the time, our pipe behind the washer failed and was flooding the walls and floors behind and underneath it. Our first sign of trouble ... was when my wife noticed a stain on the family room carpet, which we thought was caused by a spilled oil. We knew different when the spot grew and called Roto-Rooter because of their around the clock coverage. They quickly determined the source of the water and fixed the problem. Their restoration crew came in and did a great job exposing all the areas that was affected and started the drying process. During this whole time everyone from Roto-Rooter was friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. They cleaned up the areas when they were finished. Their project manager was great, she explained the process of filing a claim and helped us cut through the red tape. All in all, this would have been a painful process had they not been here. Thanks!
