I had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. I could not have asked for a better Tech than James who obviously has a lot of expertise. He fixed a big plumbing ... headache that involved hours of work- opening both tile and dry walls and replacing pipes-valves- everything. All this in 90 degree plus weather because my AC was barely working. I don't know how he got through it, but the workmanship was perfect and beyond expectations. Hopefully this is the end of my plumbing problems for a long time, but, if any more problems come up, I would not hesitate to call Roto- Rooter again, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone...

Sorry for the delay in writing, I just saw my receipt and wanted to write: back on 01/28/15 my main sewer was clogged, they responded in a timely matter with ... two individuals who were as nice as could and very professional (they knew what they were doing)! My problem was corrected and I would use and or recommend them ( po box 324 Chatham, NJ) thank you again

Westergaard arrived on time wearing the required mask, examined the extent of the work involved, and gave us a quote on the spot. I represent a church that wanted to help a member replace an unusable toilet in her home. Unknown to us, she had been living with this problem for months. Our usual ... Roto Rooter company could not service the area in which the individual lived due to franchise limitations, so I called the corporate office in Maryland. I spoke to Ruby who was charming and got through all the hurdles of setting up an account for us and immediately assigned a local service appointment for the next morning. Your technician Lee arrived at the home, assessed the situation, and went to work! Despite great difficulty in locating a toilet that matched size and color (which included a drive to Trenton to pick it up!) he saved the day. In addition to the technical skills one would expect he would have, he showed great compassion and understanding for a woman who was at the end of her rope. You are truly fortunate to have such a man on your team - we feel blessed he was the person who responded to the call.
