ASHLEY R.My experience from start to finish was excellent. I had called a local plumber first thing Monday morning. He said he was not equipped to help but referred ... me to another company who took my name and number to 'see' if they could come out but it didn't sound promising it could happen quickly. They also told me I would have to hire a plumber (additional expense) to remove the toilet and then re-install it after the blockage was cleared. I called Roto-Rooter about 11 a.m. and was told someone could be out about 3 p.m. I was so relieved! Before noon I got a call someone was on his way. The tech, Lucas, arrived and asked some questions. Checked out in the crawl space for any problems there. Seeing none and understanding the layout of the pipes he gave me a quote. I agreed with it and signed it and he got to work. Lucas was very professional and knew exactly how to handle the situation. He ran into a problem re-installing the toilet. It was close to 4 p.m. and he still had two other calls to make that day. He said he would be back the next morning and he arrived just as promised with another tech/plumber and the job was completed! No extra charges. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
